Regina Clarkinia

Regina Clarkinia is an artist living in Oakland. She says of her work: “I am a scavenger of perspectives. I collect old photos, tossed out pieces of trash and plastic. I interview people, watch TV, eavesdrop on the bus, go on rambling derive walks. I use perspectives to construct a multidimensional, textural space for exploring issues, stories and assumptions.” Her Sound Shack street art piece has been exhibited at The Lab, the Rickshaw Stop and in various public spaces around the Bay Area.
