BIO

Gretchen Wagoner is an artist originally from the Midwest, now living and working in Long Island City, NY. Gretchen earned her BFA from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in 1996. She was chosen to participate in The New York Studio Loft Program in 1994 which first brought her to New York. She works in a variety of media including collage, gouache, resin, bleach, and coffee. Her inspiration derives from natural and urban landscapes as well as the different processes in which she creates art.
