BIO

In my work I look for ways to mediate between two and three dimensional forms of representation. I examine how blurring the border between the two can be used to visualize abstract thought. This ongoing challenge of translating complex ideas into simple yet visually stimulating images underlies my interest in art making and design. Lately I have been studying how we and other animals experience our surroundings with our eyes and brain. I am curious about how biological and cognitive view points can be used to understand and make art.
